My name is Penny, Founder of Grants for Purpose.
I have extensive experience in grant writing, creating compelling narratives that demonstrate measurable impact. With over a decade in higher education research operations, I’ve led strategic management, grant writing, and national partnerships that secured millions in funding. My community sector experience allows me to turn ideas into actionable outcomes, ensuring applications are fundable and deliver real impact.
With a background in health, I developed a passion for helping others and it grounded my work in evidence-based practice and a genuine commitment to mission-driven work.
My business management qualifications strengthen my capacity to support organisational growth and capacity building and allows me to bring a unique blend of practical insight, governance and vision, using this expertise to help organisations grow and achieve measurable impact.
